From the very beginning of deciding what type of system you need through the set up and software install, Almeida & Associates will make sure the process is painless for you. We have an extensive background in system building and repairs. We understand hardware and can diagnose issues quickly to get systems back on line with minimal down time.

Whether you have one or one hundred systems, you can't afford to have systems fail. We make sure all systems are kept current and head off issues before they happen. If a system needs to be taken off line, we attempt to keep this time to a minimum. Timely updates and maintenance ensure a system remains up and running longer.

Software vendors update/upgrade their products regularly. They send out patches and critical updates which need to be installed on your systems. Most patches enhance the software's performance or remove vulnerabilities, but occasionally they create unstable environments. We test all patches and updates off line to make sure systems will not suffer any adverse effects.

We have experience with many different software packages. We will make sure they are working properly and provide training to your staff. We work with software vendors to make sure the software is installed properly and running optimally.
